Usually, it takes me between 1 to 3 weeks to complete the commission. In case of any delay, I will personally notify the client.

The client must provide a clear and detailed description of the desired illustration.

Payment must be made through PayPal. If you are from Chile, it can be done through Mach.

The illustrator will retain the copyright of the illustration.

Up to three minor changes will be allowed during the creative process, within the agreed-upon limits.

No refunds are accepted after the completion of the illustration or significant progress has been made.

If, for any reason, I am unable to continue with the development of the artwork, I reserve the right to cancel and refund at any time.

All information provided by the client will be treated confidentially.

The illustration created by the illustrator cannot be used to train AI models or be converted into NFTs. Any unauthorized use for these purposes is strictly prohibited.

The illustration is for personal use only. If the commission is for commercial use, it will be negotiated beforehand.

As the illustrator, I may showcase the illustration in my portfolio or on social media, unless otherwise agreed upon.
